She's quite a joker and the audience was charmed, there's no other way to say this. If you like her music and have the chance to go and see her - DO IT! Her voice is awesome!
'Twas quite funny when she said how they all have had so much fun touring the world and she was quite fond of Germany. "We all want to move here now. There's just one thing... we don't really understand German. But you guys all can speak English. You're so much smarter than we are." Haha.
And every time she said "Danke schön.", the audience laughed because it was just sweet. And then one time she was like, "don't laugh when I say this." Haha.
And then, fuck, I was so happy about this. She played "Oh Darlin'"!!! And it sounded sooo good, too. I recorded half of the song, so watch it. The video sucks, sorry. lol. But that's not the point. ;)

.Also, the venue is awesome. It's a really small disco/club and it was so nice. I'm going back there in December to see Ben Kweller and I'm looking forward to it now. =]

I just love gigs! I'm going to see Bryan Adams twice next week... and maybe Maria Taylor tomorrow. I don't know yet, but the show's only 7 € (I got an email from the venue where Conor Oberst was supposed to play last week. He cancelled a day prior to the show, haha, and so the venue offered that people with a ticket to this show could see Maria Taylor's show - 50% off. So I might go tomorrow. We'll see.)
I'm also thinking about going to a Jason Mraz show. Anyone seen him live? My friend Charlotte recommends him, so I might go, haha.
