Foxboro, MA, Day 1
We left Providence around noon on the 17th. It's only 20 miles or something that's why we arrived at the venue shortly after. We'd planned on camping out for the Saturday night show and so we went straight to Showcase Live and got our numbers. (10, 11 and 12)
The day was not spectacular at all. We mostly hung out at the venue (in our cars because we weren't allowed to line up in front of the venue), checked into our hotel and got some food. Since we weren't allowed to spend the night in the parking lot of Showcase either, we went back to our hotels around 11pm or so and met up with the others (Caroline is staying with 3 girls named Nicole, Heather and Danielle) at 8am on the 18th.
Yeah, and so we spent the day there, haha. They let us line up at 10am, something they NEVER do, haha. But everyone was really nice. They even got us some stuff from Dunkin Donuts.
The walk was pretty cool. The guys seemed to be in a good mood and they stayed for at least 10 minutes after the walk had ended. Isaac went around and handed out those cards so people could register their walk and stamped their hands, haha. I don't know what Taylor did behind the table, but he was definitely doing something... either collecting the filled out cards or... whatever.
It was pretty nice, indeed. I got like a million pictures. Not really, but quite a lot.
As for the show, we ended up second row. The venue was tiny and so the guys were RIGHT THERE. And believe me when I say that Taylor looked SO HOT. He was wearing a black tank top and jeans... just damn. I couldn't stop staring at him, lol.
They played Where did it start and Leave the light on, as well as Fire on the mountain and Ain't no sunshine and that was pretty cool. :D
I didn't write down the setlist this time around, so I'll have to look it up online. (They did play This time around though, hahaha. And Penny & me and Taylor didn't even mess up! :P)
Since this one girl squeezed in, I was third row because I'm just not pushing, haha. I couldn't see very well anymore so I went to the back and got some water after MmmBop.
And that's pretty much it. I think Taylor said that there were 307 registered people for the walk and lots of them seemed to stick around by the bus, so I didn't bother to go there. It was freaking cold (it still is!) and I've been sick for the last 2 days. I'm basically drugged right now, haha.
Whatever. It's 11.30am on the 19th and Sam and I will leave soon and meet up with Caro and the others at the venue. I really can't be bothered to line up today. Plus, I need to find a bank and get some cash.
P.S. Pictures will be up later on.
